Privacy Policy

Influize LLC d/b/a Creator Receipts (“Creator Receipts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tools that help users analyze publicly accessible creator and influencer accounts for engagement quality, fraud-risk signals, authenticity indicators, and estimated fair compensation ranges.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our services, submit a social media handle for analysis, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with Creator Receipts.

1. Personal Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to an identifiable person.

We collect and process personal information in the ways described below.

Information You Provide

When you use Creator Receipts, we may collect:

  • Your email address
  • The social media handle, username, or account identifier you submit for analysis
  • Communications, including support requests, privacy requests, deletion requests, issue reports, or feedback

If you purchase or subscribe to Creator Receipts, payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or full payment card details. Stripe may provide us with limited billing-related information, such as payment status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing metadata.

Publicly Accessible Creator and Social Media Information

When a user submits a social media handle for analysis, we may collect, access, receive, or process publicly accessible information associated with that handle or related creator profile.

This may include public usernames, handles, display names, profile URLs, bios, creator or business categories, profile images or profile image URLs, publicly listed business or collaboration contact details, public posts, captions, hashtags, mentions, timestamps, URLs, follower counts, following counts, likes, comments, views, shares, post counts, content history, posting frequency, engagement patterns, and related public performance indicators.

We may obtain this information from publicly accessible webpages, social media platforms, third-party public data collection providers, and other publicly accessible online sources.

Creator Receipts uses this publicly accessible information for the specific purposes of influencer fraud-risk detection, engagement-quality analysis, authenticity assessment, commercial due diligence, and fair compensation benchmarking.

We do not intentionally collect private messages, login credentials, private account content, restricted content, paywalled content, or information from non-public areas of social media platforms.

Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our website, understand usage, improve performance, prevent fraud, measure advertising, attribute conversions, and support analytics or communications.

These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, pages viewed, referral source, website activity, conversion events, and product usage activity.

We may use advertising and analytics technologies from TikTok, Meta, Google, and similar providers.

We provide a cookie consent mechanism that allows you to either accept all cookies and similar technologies or reject non-essential cookies and similar technologies. If you reject non-essential cookies, we will not use non-essential analytics, advertising, retargeting, or conversion tracking cookies, pixels, or similar technologies, except where permitted by applicable law. Strictly necessary cookies are required for our website and services to function and cannot be disabled through our cookie consent mechanism.

2. How We Use Personal Information

Our fraud-risk, authenticity, engagement-quality, and compensation outputs are estimates, indicators, and decision-support tools. They are not definitive findings of fraud, misconduct, or creator value.

3. Automated Analysis and Derived Insights

Creator Receipts may use automated systems, algorithms, models, and rules-based analysis to evaluate publicly accessible creator profile information, content metadata, engagement metrics, and related public signals.

These systems may generate derived insights, including engagement-quality indicators, authenticity indicators, fraud-risk signals, suspicious activity indicators, estimated compensation ranges, market-rate benchmarks, and creator performance summaries.

These outputs are intended to help users make more informed decisions in influencer marketing. They are not intended to be the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on any individual and should be reviewed in context.

We do not use public profile images for facial recognition, biometric identification, biometric verification, attractiveness scoring, emotion recognition, or sensitive trait inference.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where required by law, we rely on one or more legal bases to process personal information, including:

  • Performance of a contract: to provide services requested by users.
  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve our business, provide influencer analytics, detect fraud-risk signals, support commercial due diligence, estimate fair compensation, secure our services, communicate with users, measure advertising performance, and prevent abuse.
  • Consent: where we ask for consent, including for certain cookies, pixels, marketing communications, or optional data uses.
  • Legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests.

For publicly accessible creator and social media information, we may rely on our legitimate interests in providing influencer fraud-risk detection, engagement-quality analysis, authenticity assessment, commercial due diligence, market benchmarking, and fair compensation estimates, balanced against the rights and interests of affected individuals.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information in the following circumstances:

We work with third-party service providers that help us operate, secure, improve, and provide Creator Receipts. These may include payment processors such as Stripe, database and infrastructure providers such as Supabase, customer communication providers such as Customer.io, third-party public data collection providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising and pixel providers, security providers, debugging tools, and professional advisors.

These providers may process personal information on our behalf only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Users of the Service

When a user submits a handle for analysis, we may provide analysis results related to that public creator account to the user. These results may include public profile information, public engagement metrics, derived analytics, fraud-risk indicators, authenticity signals, and estimated compensation ranges.

Advertising and Analytics Platforms

We may share online identifiers, cookie identifiers, device information, website activity, conversion events, and similar technical information with advertising and analytics platforms, including TikTok, Meta, and Google, to measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, improve campaigns, and support advertising.

We do not directly sell, rent, or provide user email addresses to these platforms for monetary compensation. However, some privacy laws may consider certain advertising, retargeting, or analytics disclosures a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even if no money is exchanged.

Where required by applicable law, we provide a cookie consent mechanism, “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link, or similar opt-out mechanism.

Legal, Safety, and Business Purposes

We may disclose personal information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect our rights or property, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the safety of users or others, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

We may also share personal information with your direction or consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, and operate our business.

We may retain user email addresses for account, billing, communication, support, and legal purposes. We may retain submitted handles and related analysis results for product functionality, reporting, user history, security, quality improvement, and abuse prevention. We may retain payment-related metadata for billing, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.

Public creator data and derived analysis may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide fraud-risk analysis, authenticity analysis, engagement-quality insights, compensation estimates, benchmarking, service improvement, security, and compliance.

Where feasible, we may update, refresh, aggregate, de-identify, or delete public creator data that is outdated or no longer necessary.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Creator Removal Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling, and appeal a privacy request decision where applicable.

Creators and individuals whose public profile information has been analyzed by Creator Receipts may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, suppression, review, or removal, subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

You may also contact us to report an issue with analysis results, dispute an output, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of information associated with you.
